By accessing and using Opsky.co, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Opsky.co for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Opsky.co
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws
• Reporting any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Opsky.co or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Opsky.co, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may also terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
